Dawn leads the pre-award process which includes identifying funders, understanding the guidelines, assisting with idea development, proposal preparation and supporting documentation, and is Gettysburg’s AOR (Authorized Organizational Representative) for grants submitted by the College.

Lauren leads the post-award process which includes tracking grant expenses, reconciling budget vs. actual spending, aiding in funder reporting and compliance requirements, and ensuring college policies and procedures are followed throughout the grant period.
