Due to various non-standard design conventions introduced in previous versions of Internet Explorer (IE), IE version 8 and up include "Compatibility Mode", a means to view web pages designed for older versions of IE that are not standards-compliant.
If you are having an issue trying to access a page (or if a page does not work or look as expected) while using Internet Explorer, please try using Compatibility Mode in Internet Explorer.
