In the summer of 2020 the Office of Multicultural Engagement wanted to help the Gettysburg College community as protest against police brutality, rising issues of social injustice, and a desire to be better informed emerged from conversations within the campus community. Utilizing one of the college’s most significant resources, OME reached out to alumni from various fields to discuss the impact of racism in our society. We asked alumni to do a deep dive into environmental, institutional, structural, individual, and cultural racism.
Conversations about race, gender, sexuality, and culture
The Office of Multicultural Engagement sponsored a four-part series on Exposing Racisms. Watch the Exposing Racisms videos on YouTube.
