Exhibition details
This exhibition features the works of nine contemporary artists from across the country and abroad who are dealing with the problems involved in attempting to define the African/African American self. Demonstrating both traditional and more conceptual approaches to representing visually the diversity of experience and history that today informs notions of individual identity within diasporic African communities.
