- 32 Course Units
- Minimum accumulative GPA of 2.00 and a GPA of 2.00 in the major field
- Fulfillment of the curricular goals of the Gettysburg Curriculum
Multiple Inquiries
- The Arts - one course
- Humanities - one course
- Social Science - one course
- Natural Science - two courses (at least one with lab)
Integrative Thinking
- Interdisciplinary courses - two courses
or
Course Cluster (Two disciplinary courses with an integrative experience clustered around a common theme) - Quantitative, Inductive, and Deductive Reasoning - one course
- Capstone in Major
Effective Communication
- First-Year Writing
- Communication Conventions of the Major Field (To be determined by departments and programs)
Local and Global Citizenship
- Second Language (equivalent to 202 - one to four courses)
- Cultural Diversity - two courses
- Science, Technology, and Society - one course
