Note: (1) Graduates reporting being both employed AND attending graduate/professional school were counted once and categorized based on their primary activity. (2) Starting from Class of 2012, three methods were used to collect graduates’ career outcomes data: HEDS Graduating Senior Survey, One-Year-Out Alumni Survey, and LinkedIn search. For the 2018 Graduating Class, another method was also used: Commencement Prep Day Survey (late April 2018). Data were collected at two points of time: near graduation (mid-April to early May), and then about 10-11 months after graduation. Many students accepted a job offer upon graduation, and the overwhelming majority of the remaining individuals employed found employment within 6 months after graduation. (3) The participation rate/knowledge rate for Class of 2015 was 92%; Class of 2016, 90%; Class of 2017, 89%; Class of 2018, 95%.
