Several room blocks at hotels in the Gettysburg area have been reserved for Reunion Weekend. Please say you are with “Gettysburg College Reunion Weekend 2024” when making your reservations.

On-Campus Housing
On-campus housing is available to alumni who are registered for Alumni Weekend events. Reservations can be made when the official registration is ready in late March 2024. For more information about on campus housing, please view the On Campus Housing FAQs.
Reunion Welcome Center
When you arrive on campus, please go to the College Union Building (CUB/SUB) lobby to sign in and obtain updated schedules, registration packets, and housing information. Registration staff will be available to answer questions, provide directions, and assist you with any special needs. Fifteen-minute parking is reserved in front of the CUB/SUB for your convenience.

Childcare
A list of local child-sitters may be obtained from the Alumni Relations Office. Please contact alumni@gettysburg.edu to acquire a list. You can make personal arrangements directly with the student.

Parking
While on campus, you may park in any campus parking lot. Town ordinances prohibit long-term and overnight street parking.
Transportation
The College services the following mass transit centers with shuttle service, Baltimore/Washington Amtrak and Airport, Harrisburg Amtrak and Airport, Dulles Airport, and Shady Grove Metro Station. Pricing and schedule varies. To make your arrangements please call the Transportation Office at 717-337-6923.
On-Campus Accessibility
There will be shuttle service to events from parking lots on the Saturday of Reunion Weekend. Limited golf cart service will be available the entire weekend for those with significant accessibility needs.
The College Bookstore
You can shop online at the College Bookstore and stock up on your Orange & Blue apparel before you get to campus. Reunion Weekend hours will be listed in the updated schedule of events which will be available at the Welcome Center.
Jaeger Center for Athletics, Recreation and Fitness
The fitness room and pool in the Jaeger Center for Athletics, Recreation and Fitness will be available for alumni and their guests. Reunion Weekend hours will be listed in the updated schedule of events which will be available at the Welcome Center.
Alcohol
The town alcohol ordinance does not permit any open containers anywhere in the community or campus periphery. You can be at risk if you violate this ordinance. You are permitted to take alcoholic beverages into the residence halls. Proper identification may be requested at college events where alcohol is served.
Smoking
All facilities, including residence halls, are NON-SMOKING.
