All students:
- Attend the Celebration Information Meeting on Friday, April 16 at noon. (Zoom link to be sent to registered participants via email)
- Attend the How to Create an Acadiate Showcase workshop. (Date TBD)
- Create an Acadiate account and create your showcase.
- Create your Introductory Video (3-5 minutes).
- Upload your video to YouTube.
- Embed your Introductory Video into your Acadiate Showcase.
- Follow the steps below, depending on the format of your presentation.
If presenting a poster, follow these steps:
- Review these poster creation guides.
- Create your poster in PowerPoint. Size to 36"h x 48" w. (Optional poster template)
- Check your work.
- Save the file as a jpeg and pdf.
- Upload your poster to your Acadiate Showcase by Sunday, April 25 at 11:59 p.m.
- Send your Acadiate Showcase link to your mentor for review.
- Make revisions and upload your final work by Tuesday, May 4 at 11:59 p.m.
- Check your Acadiate Showcase and respond to comments, May 5-7.
If presenting in a different format, follow these steps:
- Create the file (video, audio or photo) showcasing your research or creative activity project.
- Check your work.
- Upload your project to your Acadiate Showcase by Sunday, April 25 at 11:59 p.m.
- Send your Acadiate Showcase link to your mentor for review.
- Make revisions and upload your final work by Tuesday, May 4 at 11:59 p.m.
- Check your Acadiate Showcase and respond to comments, May 5-7.
