Equipment Rentals
Thank you for your interest in renting outdoor equipment from the Garthwait Leadership Center! Because of our generous supporters, we are currently offering INDIVIDUAL STUDENT RENTALS ONLY rentals at no cost as staffing capacity allows. Recognizing that our gear is a great resource to increase accessibility to the outdoors, our student facilitators will process as many requests as is in their capacity when classes are in session.
To start the equipment rental process please:
- Complete our "Rental Request Form" at least 72 hours (3 days) prior to your trip.
- Fill out the form as your individual self, even if you’re going to be using the gear with a small group.
- If you want to see the gear we offer before putting in a request, you can find a list 'here'
- Once your form is submitted, our staff will email you to confirm or suggest another pick-up time.
- Retrieve the equipment at your designated pick-up meeting in Plank 118.
- Go on your adventure!
- Please return your equipment to Plank 118 at your scheduled drop-off meeting that you confirm with a staff member. This should be done within 48 hours (2 days) of your return to campus.
