Payment Deadlines
$100 Deposit: Within 48 hours of receiving acceptance into the project
First Half Payment: October 15 2026
Final Payment: November 30, 2026

Mandatory Orientation Session
A mandatory orientation session for all Winter project participants will be held in October. Email reminders will be sent to participants. Participants will meet other project members, receive important paperwork, and discuss requirements and goals of Immersion Projects.
