April 22, 2025
Dear Colleagues,
As we approach the end of the academic year, I’m writing to provide important updates on employee compensation, as well as upcoming events and summer-related information. Please take a moment to review the details below and mark your calendars accordingly.
Compensation Update
Traditionally, compensation updates for the upcoming fiscal year have followed the approval of the budget during the February Board of Trustees meeting. This year, however, the FY26 budget will be reviewed and approved at the May Board Meeting, scheduled for May 15 and 16. This shift in timing was announced at our March employee meeting.
Once the Board has finalized the budget, the College will communicate the increase to the compensation pool. As in previous years, administrators and support staff will see any applicable adjustments reflected in the first June payroll. Faculty compensation adjustments will be reflected in the September payroll. We will share additional details following the May Board Meeting.
