Greetings fellow Gettysburgians,
I hope this message finds you enjoying the nicer spring weather while balancing end of semester tasks (only three more weeks to go!). I write today to assure you that many offices have been and continue to work on addressing the issue of dead-naming.
Due to the large number of technological platforms utilized by various departments across campus identifying all of the potential instances that an incorrect name may be used is taking much more time than we would like or anticipated. We have created a “Report Incorrect Name Usage” form and ask that you complete this anytime an instance occurs. This will allow us to provide you with additional support and resources while also providing the appropriate people with the necessary information to correct the issue.
