Dear Gettysburg Students,
Tomorrow we join together to celebrate Founders Day—Gettysburg College’s 186th birthday!
Founders Day provides a special opportunity for each of us to reflect on our College’s history, share our Gettysburg pride, and commit to advancing our values of effective leadership and socially responsible citizenship into the future.
I hope you will participate in our festivities by:
- Posting your Gettysburg pride on social media
- Wearing your orange and blue throughout the weekend
- Joining us for ice cream in Glatfelter Lodge at 2 p.m.
- Listening to the bells of Glatfelter chime 18 times (once for each decade) at 2:30 p.m.
