Dear Colleagues,
Thank you for joining the employee town hall meetings yesterday. As I shared, the path ahead will not always be easy, but if we work together with an intentional focus on enhancing the student experience, we will emerge from this period a stronger College. This work is essential given the competitive environment in which we are navigating.
I write today with a few reminders and updates.
If you couldn’t join the employee meeting yesterday, you can request to view a recording of it by contacting the Vice President in your division. Each Vice President will arrange times to show the meeting to members of their divisions as requested.
There are a variety of follow-up meetings scheduled over the next few weeks to continue our conversation from yesterday. There will not be a presentation at these meetings, instead, they are intended to be a time to answer questions and share ideas.

The College has launched a site on its intranet to share information about this process. The site will be updated as appropriate over the next several months and includes an anonymous comment form. Submissions will be reviewed by the President’s Council each week.
In addition to the comment form on the website, we will also send an employee survey in the coming weeks for you to share any ideas or feedback you have as we approach this work.
