Philosophy Minor

Six Philosophy courses are required for the minor.
Three Philosophy Core Courses
- One 100-level Philosophy course or a FYS taught by a Philosophy faculty member.
- One course from the Philosophy departments “texts in contexts” courses: PHIL 205, 206, 207, 208, 215, 216, 225, 240, 251, 355, 366 Topic: Zhuangzi, or another designed course.
- One from PHIL 105, 115, 125, 131, 140, 150, 153, 219, 222, 224, 226, 228, 230, 247, or 338.
Three Philosophy Electives
- One Philosophy elective course at the 300-level.
- One Philosophy elective course at the 200-level or above.
- One additional Philosophy elective course.
Notes:
- Limit of two 100-level courses can be used to satisfy the Philosophy minor requirements.
