Following the summer housing room selection on April 22, additional details will be shared regarding the transition process from spring to summer housing.

- Students who are still residing in summer housing on Friday, August 1, and who are returning for the fall semester, will move into their fall housing between August 1-3, beginning at 4:00 p.m. on Friday, August 1.
- Students not returning for the Fall 2025 semester (e.g. May 2025 graduates, those studying abroad or off-campus, or those living off-campus) must vacate their summer housing and return their room keys by 10:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 3.
Temporary storage availability
Spring to summer housing transition
Limited temporary storage is available for students who are unable to move directly from spring housing to summer housing within the designated time frame. For instance, some students may leave campus immediately after completing their exams and not return until later in May or June. These students must vacate their spring housing before they leave but may not yet be able to move into summer housing.
In these cases, students have two options: take their belongings home or use the temporary storage space located in the Apple basement for the short time they are away. Please note that this storage is not intended for use throughout the entire summer. All items placed in temporary storage must be removed when students return in May or June.
About a week after room sign-ups on April 22, additional details about temporary storage-including how to request it-will be shared.
Summer to fall housing transition
Temporary storage is also available for students who move out of summer housing before August 1 and will be returning for the fall semester later in August. Additional details about temporary storage will be provided in July. Please note: this storage option is only for students returning in August for the fall semester. We are unable to accommodate long-term storage (e.g., during the semester).
