The Color Guard of the Bullets Marching Band is an integral part of the visual aspect of the band performance. The Guard spins standard flags as well as weapons, combining these elements with a physical dance aspect to create a unique visual display on the field. As a member of the Guard, the only required piece of equipment is the flag; all weapon work is optional and taught to any who are interested.
No audition required, although all Color Guard members must attend Band Camp.
Open to all Gettysburg College students.
Monday from 7:30 p.m. - 9:30 p.m. and Friday from 4:10 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
There is also a sectional for the Guard, which is set up in the fall based based upon members' schedules.
