COMMENCEMENT PREP CHECKLIST
Coming soon in EngageGettysburg – stay tuned!
We make it easy for you to take care of everything you need to get ready for the big day, all in one
spot via the Commencement Prep Checklist (available soon in EngageGettysburg). You will be able to tell us how to pronounce your name, update your contact information, settle your account, share your post-graduation plans, and much more! The Commencement Prep Checklist must be completed to purchase and pick up regalia.

Please watch your email and the Commencement webpages for the Checklist launch date!

PRE-ORDER REGALIA
Now - Wednesday, March 16
You are responsible for purchasing your regalia online though the Bookstore no later than Wednesday, March 16. The cost is $56. After pre-ordering your regalia and completing the Commencement Prep Checklist, you will get your regalia in person in the Bookstore on Regalia Pick-up Day, Monday, April 25. Your regalia package will include a gown, cap, tassel, and academic hood with the appropriate degree color. Do not schedule personal graduation photos before April 25.

If you do not pre-order your regalia by March 16, your next opportunity to purchase regalia is at Regalia Pick-up Day, April 25. Sizes cannot be guaranteed after the pre-order deadline passes, so I encourage you to order by March 16. Please contact the Bookstore directly for details.

Please contact the Commencement Coordinator if purchasing regalia poses a financial hardship for
you. The President’s Office maintains a fund to provide assistance in certain cases.

You will receive your 2022 Stole of Gratitude, a gift from the Alumni Association, at Commencement lineup on the morning of Saturday, May 14. After the Commencement ceremony, you are encouraged to present your stole to someone whose support was instrumental in bringing you to this day, as a symbol of your gratitude for that individual's role in your success. Please start thinking about who that person might be.

Again, please note: You are required to complete the Commencement Prep Checklist before purchasing or picking up regalia.

GETTYSBURG COLLEGE STUDENT LOANS
If you borrowed Federal Perkins and/or College Loans while at attending Gettysburg College, you will receive an email from webmaster@ecsi.net with instructions about completing required online exit counseling.
