Gettysburg College to bestow Honorary Degrees, Distinguished Alumni Awards at Class of 2024 Commencement: This year’s Honorary Degree recipients include award-winning producer Debra Martin Chase and Alexander Hamilton Professor of American Studies at Columbia University Andrew Delbanco, while four Gettysburgians will also be honored as Distinguished Alumni.

Class of 2024 Commencement Speaker: Two-time Tony Award-winning and three-time Emmy Award-nominated producer Debra Martin Chase will deliver the keynote address at Gettysburg College’s 189th Commencement Ceremony for the Class of 2024 on May 18.
