Please find below a message that was sent to your student today regarding an important pre-Commencement step, the Commencement Prep Checklist. The Checklist is a set of tasks that helps graduates and the College prepare for Commencement Weekend, as well as for graduates' final weeks as students at Gettysburg College. The Commencement Prep Checklist is available on the engageGettysburg platform and must be completed by your student by April 20. Completion of the Checklist is required to pick up or purchase regalia at the Bookstore's Regalia Pick-up Day, April 25. Dear Graduating Seniors,
Each year, graduating seniors are required to complete the Commencement Prep Checklist. The Checklist contains some important tasks to help you and the College prepare for Commencement and the end of your time as a student at Gettysburg College. The Checklist must be completed by April 20.
As I mentioned in a previous communication, completing all of the items in the Checklist is required to pick up your regalia at the College bookstore on April 25.
