Gatherings
Beginning at 12 p.m, students may have gatherings outside of up to 25 people. Everyone must follow mask and distancing policies. Guests from outside the spring semester residential cohort will be allowed to join gatherings, but they may not stay overnight. These rules apply both to students living on campus and to those living in town.
Monday, May 17
Access to Musselman Stadium
Seniors must share each guest's QR code with their guests in advance of the guests' arrival at Musselman Stadium on May 17. Each guest will be expected to scan their QR code upon arrival at the Musselman Stadium gates.
Parking
As you approach campus, please follow signs to the designated parking lots. Further parking details are below.
- Stadium Lot North
Accessible parking only.
If you need accessible parking, please call the Department of Public Safety (DPS) at 717-337-6912 to register.
Access to Stadium Lot North will be located on West Lincoln Avenue (300 Block). - Stadium Lot South
Just outside Musselman Stadium. Stadium Lot South is accessed from Stadium Drive. - Stadium Lot West
Stadium Lot West is accessed from Constitution Avenue. The entrance is next to the Central Energy Plant. - Constitution Lot North
Constitution Lot North is located behind the Central Energy Plant and is accessed from Constitution Avenue. - Stone Lot
Stone Lot is located between the Central Energy Plant and the Day Care Center and is accessed from Constitution Avenue. - Constitution Lot East
Constitution Lot East is located along Constitution Avenue and is the lot that has tents set up within the lot. - Masters Lot
Masters Lot will be for Faculty/Staff/Employees only. - Bream Gym Lot
Bream Gym Lot will be closed and no parking will be available.
Campus buildings
Campus buildings, including the CUB, Jaeger Center, Musselman Library, and academic buildings, will be closed to guests on May 17.
Facilities
Restrooms at Musselman Stadium will be open and regular and ADA-accessible portable toilets will be available in the stadium, as well as on Memorial Field.
Departure
All students and guests will be asked to depart from campus as soon as possible following the conclusion of the Commencement ceremony.
Seniors in residence on campus are required to move out of their residence halls by 9 p.m. on May 17. Keys must be returned to Residence Life at the Bullet Hole Patio between noon and 5 p.m., or at the Department for Public Safety drop box after 5 p.m. For additional move-out information, see the recent message from Director of Residential and First-Year Programs Danielle Phillips, sent on May 4.
