At the GLC, we believe in your potential to be a better leader. The Leadership Certificate introduces you to the foundational skills necessary to lead ethically and effectively.
The Leadership Certificate is a semester program that provides first-year and second-year students the opportunity to tap into their leadership potential develop their leadership skills.
Participants choose one of three tracks in Communication, Group Facilitation, or Outdoor Leadership. Students engage in experiential learning activities, one-on-one coaching opportunities, personal reflections, and a group trip or experience.
