Photo ID Required
To help protect the personal information of the patrons of Gettysburg College and in conjunction with federal policy, the ID Office will be requiring that anyone who is receiving a Gettysburg College ID present a Photo ID for verification. The following forms will be accepted: State ID Card, State Drivers License, US Military ID, School ID or US Passport.
Alternate Dining Access
If you have lost your ID the 360u app can allow you to use your phone as your ID at Dining Service registers. Install Touchnet 360u then search for Gettysburg College. Enter your Gettysburg College credentials, do not use SSO. Agree and continue then swipe left until you see the QR code for Dining Services.
Need to Replace a Lost or Broken ID?
To get a replacement Gettysburg College ID use the online form below. If your card is damaged or broken there is no charge to replace your card, however you must turn in your old card when receiving your new card. If your Gettysburg College ID card has been lost or stolen, there is a $25 replacement fee. Once this form is submitted you must pay the $25 dollar fee. Deactivate your ID while you look for it at gettysburg.edu/onlinediningservices.
