Healthy and nutritious menu options are a top priority for Dining Services. Our menu standards include low-fat yogurts, lean cuts of meat, bountiful salad bars, and a fruit and yogurt bar. The fruit and yogurt bar is loaded with a variety of fresh fruits including cantaloupe, watermelon and apple slices as well as toppings for yogurt such as raisins, banana chips, flax seed, hemp seed and toasted coconut. Smart Eats includes assorted steamed pastas, stuffed pastas, and a variety of homemade sauces.  Seasoned chicken breast, jasmine rice, fresh vegetable stir-fry’s, plant based proteins, and vegan entrees are served daily.  A wide assortment of Tractor Beverages, certified organic, non-GMO and made from only real ingredients are featured.

If you would like to meet with a dietitian, please contact us! We offer nutritional counseling through a registered dietitian. Monthly programs are offered on a variety of nutritional and wellness topics. Look for the “Eat ’n Speak” banner during lunch. Nutritional counseling is also available through the campus Health Center.
