Healthy and nutritious menu options are a top priority for Dining Services. Our menu standards include low-fat yogurts and cottage cheese, lean cuts of meat, bountiful salad bars, and a fruit and yogurt bar. The fruit and yogurt bar is loaded with a variety of fresh fruits including cantaloupe, honeydew, and apple slices as well as toppings for yogurt such as raisins and almonds. If you would like to meet with a dietitian, please contact us! We offer nutritional counseling through a registered dietitian. Monthly programs are offered on a variety of nutritional and wellness topics. Look for the “Eat ’n Speak” banner during lunch. Nutritional counseling is also available through the campus Health Center.
