Healthy and nutritious menu options are a top priority for Dining Services. Our menu standards include low-fat yogurts, lean cuts of meat, bountiful salad bars, and a fruit and yogurt bar. The fruit and yogurt bar is loaded with a variety of fresh fruits including cantaloupe, watermelon and apple slices as well as toppings for yogurt such as raisins, banana chips, flax seed, hemp seed and toasted coconut. A new point of service to our dining center is Smart Eats.  Smart Eats offers a variety of healthier options from hot food to beverages. We have a selection of Organic teas and juices. We have our Mediterranean Salad Bar located in Smart Eats. The Mediterranean salad bar is packed full of fresh veggies, feta cheese, grain salads, proteins, tzatziki and naan bread.  This salad bar is available at lunch, light fare and dinner. Smart Eats also offer a daily selection of steamed whole grains.

If you would like to meet with a dietitian, please contact us! We offer nutritional counseling through a registered dietitian. Monthly programs are offered on a variety of nutritional and wellness topics. Look for the “Eat ’n Speak” banner during lunch. Nutritional counseling is also available through the campus Health Center.
