New Supplier Information
Thank you for your interest. Gettysburg College is a small, private institution with a highly decentralized procurement environment. Faculty and staff in departments across campus determine their business needs, initiate supplier sourcing, and engage directly to acquire required products and services. Financial Services supports academic and administrative programs by identifying initiatives and opportunities to reduce institutional costs, consolidate our vendor base, and facilitate ease of purchasing and transaction processing.
There is no single place in the College’s business organization where orders for goods and services are sourced and processed nor is there a central filter for potential suppliers. You may position your company for consideration by completing the Vendor Registration form. This information will be forwarded to the departments of interest. You are encouraged to familiarize yourself with those departments by exploring our website and reaching out directly, allowing 7-10 days from data entry herein.
