Information Desk
The CUB Information Desk is the central main switchboard and information center of Gettysburg College and can be reached at (717) 337-6300.
CUB Desk Hours of Operation
During the semester, the CUB Desk will be staffed from 8:00am-11:00pm Monday-Saturday and 10:00am-11:00pm on Sunday.
The CUB is open to students 24/7 via their student ID cards.
Services

- Assistance with on- and off-campus directions
- General building management
- Supply checkout for games in the CUB Lobby

The CUB Desk is committed to the ideals of service, integrity, leadership, compassion, and growth. We aim to provide friendly, respectful, and practical service to the Gettysburg College community.
CUB Desk employees are held to standards of personal excellence and good character, which are apparent in their day-to-day lives both inside and outside of the Desk.
We desire to foster a cohesive community of students who develop leadership skills through critical and creative thinking, as well as self- and community awareness.
Social Spaces
The Junction is one of the main social spaces on campus. It is popular for studying, grabbing a bite to eat, and hosting movie nights and a cappella concerts.
The Ballroom is one of the largest meeting and social spaces on campus. It hosts campus-wide events such as textbook sales, lectures, banquets, semiformal dances, and other speakers and performances.
CUB Lobby
The CUB Lobby features a pool table, arcade games, a digital board game table, a television with cable and video game systems, and a number of board games. The current video game systems include a PS4 Pro, XBOX One X, and a Classic Nintendo Entertainment System. The current arcade games include PacMan, Mortal Kombat II, The Simpsons, and Turtles in Time.
CUB Tables
Many clubs and organizations advertise events and fundraisers in the CUB Lobby, usually between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. CUB tables must be reserved in advance in order to ensure availability.
During warmer months, CUB tables will be available outdoors in the CUB Green, which will follow the same reservation process as indoor CUB tables. If there is inclement weather during the warmer months, any clubs and organizations that have a CUB table reserved will be moved inside to the CUB Lobby.
Commuter Student Lounge
Off of the CUB Lobby, there is a commuter student lounge that is accessible to all students. Inside of the lounge there are tables for studying or meeting with peers, microwaves, a coffee machine, and a television with cable. There are also lockers and a refrigerator located in the lounge that are limited to commuter students only.
Meeting rooms
There are several meeting rooms in the CUB which can accommodate groups of various sizes.
