Cancellation Policy

Shuttle and Charter Reservations:

You may request to cancel your reservation, up to 24 business hours before the date and time of your reservation, for a full refund. For weekend travel, cancellation must be received by end of business day (5pm) on Thursday of that week.

Cancellations made within 24 hours will not receive a refund.

Refunds are completed by method of payment either cash or credit card.

Fieldtrips:

You may request to cancel your field trip, up to 24 business hours before the date and time of your reservation. Weekend fieldtrips, cancellation must be received by end of business day (5pm) on Thursday of that week. The GL Account listed on the reservation will not be charged.

Cancellations made within 24 hours, will be charged for driver(s) time only, for the length of the field trip via the GL Account listed on the reservation. We will not charge for the vehicle, unless we had to obtain a rental vehicle for trip.

Outside Charter Reservations: Please refer to the signed policy provided by the Transportation Office. Transportation will provide a copy of the contract when the reservation is secured, via email.

Rentals:

You may request to cancel your rental, up to 24 business hours before the date and time of your reservation. Weekend rentals, cancellation must be received by end of business day (5pm) on Thursday of that week. The GL Account listed on the reservation will not be charged.

Cancellations made within 24 hours will not be charged to the GL listed on the reservation, unless we had to obtain a rental vehicle, from an outside source, for this trip.

*Weather related cancellations will addressed on a case by case basis.
