If your travel plans should change unexpectedly, please contact us ASAP, during normal business hours, Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm, please contact the office directly at 717-337-6923. After hours, weekends or holidays, please contact the Department of Public Safety, 717-337-6912, ask for Transportation On-Call.

Accidents while in a College Vehicle:
If you are in an accident call 911. The Insurance and registration card, along with the accident report are located in the glovebox. Complete the accident report at the scene. All accidents and vehicle damage, regardless of how minor, must be reported to the Transportation Office (during normal business hours) or DPS (after hours, weekends and holidays) immediately. Please turn in the accident report with trip sheet when returning.
