Apply for an EI Program

NEW Programs - Apply NOW!

Applications for 2024 experiential learning programs, study trips, and summer fellowship are now open. The deadline to submit completed applications is 11:59pm, Sunday, December 3. No late applications will be accepted. Students will be notified by December 20.

There are programs for students of all class years. Read each program description carefully to determine if you qualify. There is no fee for participating in Eisenhower Institute programs. You are welcome to apply to more than one program during the application period; we will ask you to rank them in order of preference.

Questions? Contact ei@gettysburg.edu.

Before you apply

1. Students must attend an information/orientation session to apply for Eisenhower Institute programs if they are not currently participating in an EI program. In person sessions have ended. You may apply after watching the orientation HERE (passcode 5f=V8tDa). You must sign into your Gettysburg Zoom account first before watching to ensure that your view is recorded.

2. Read our FAQ, participation agreement, and application guide for key information and helpful advice.

3. Review program description, schedule, and application before you apply. Experts create schedules months in advance. Students are responsible for attending all sessions, trips and activities.
