Medications
Limited over-the-counter medications and basic first aid supplies (e.g. ibuprofen, cough drops, bandages, etc.) are available at the Health Center at no cost. Additional prescriptions are available for purchase at the Health Center by WellSpan if prescribed during your visit. Students can also obtain a prescription to take to a pharmacy after a visit.
Medical Services when the Health Center by WellSpan is Closed
To access healthcare when the Health Center by WellSpan is closed or if you think the care you require is outside of what is listed above (e.g. X-rays), WellSpan Urgent Care is open from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., seven days a week.
Urgent Care is located 455 S. Washington Street, Gettysburg, PA and is adjacent to the Gettysburg Hospital. You can contact Campus Safety at 717-337-6911 and ask them to provide transportation to Urgent Care.
