Part-time Appointment in Computer Science

Position Summary

The Department of Computer Science at Gettysburg College invites applications for a part-time, non-tenure-track position beginning August 2021. Teaching responsibilities will include some combination of CS103 and/or CS107, the introductory courses for non-majors (course descriptions can be found at https://www.gettysburg.edu/academic-programs/computer-science/).

Qualifications

Candidates should have a Master’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science or a closely related field; at least one academic degree should be in Computer Science. We seek an individual who has a genuine interest in teaching within the liberal arts environment. Teaching experience or promise of excellence in teaching is desirable. Candidates with industry experience are invited to apply.
