Commencement 2022 - NameCoach and Regalia

Message sent March 8, 2022

Erin Aumen, Commencement Coordinator and Associate Director, Constituent Relations, sent the following message to graduating seniors about NameCoach and Regalia for Commencement.

Dear Graduating Seniors,

Please read the following Commencement updates below!

NameCoach

As part of the Commencement Prep Checklist, the College uses NameCoach to help us properly pronounce your name at the ceremony. You should have received an email yesterday from NameCoach explaining the process. We apologize that this message included some incorrect information but encourage you to please follow the links and share your name pronunciation. This is an important step so that we can accurately say your name as you receive your diploma. It will take only a few seconds and is one small step on the Checklist! If you accidentally deleted yesterday’s email, please monitor your inbox for follow-up messages.Additional information about the Commencement Prep Checklist should go out next week.

Regalia

Please remember to pre-order your regalia through the Bookstore by Wednesday, March 16th to ensure the proper size and availability! You will pick up and pay for your regalia on April 25th during Regalia Pick-up Day at the Bookstore once your Checklist is completed.

Please continue to watch your inbox and the Commencement website for updates.

Best regards,

Erin Eline Aumen
Commencement Coordinator and Associate Director, Constituent Relations
