Breakfast
- Scrambled eggs, egg whites, breakfast potatoes, hot cereal, make your own waffles, yogurt, assorted fresh fruit, pastries and muffins.
- Alternative breakfast meats such as turkey bacon, chicken sausage and beef sausage are offered throughout the week.
- Fried local Eggs. Omelets and “Just Eggs” (vegan egg alternative) made-to-order for breakfast Monday through Friday, breakfast, and lunch on Saturday.

Lunch and Dinner
- Two attractive salad bars, including one full of Mediterranean choices.
- Low fat, gluten free and non-GMO salad dressings, along with red wine vinegar, Malt and Balsamic vinegar.
- Deli Meats and Panini presses at lunch.
- Steamed pasta and homemade red sauces.
- Four varieties of Entrees
- Seasoned halal chicken breast, jasmine rice, and fresh vegetables daily.

Other Items to Note
- In house wood smoker is used to prepare many dishes in the dining center.
- We use brand name products, such as Hershey’s Ice Cream, Tyson, Ben’s, Nestle, Heinz, Pace, Kraft, General Mills, Quaker, and Kelloggs.
- Many pop up bars throughout the semester including tater tot bar, create your own nacho bar, icing boards, and many more.
- Once a month we have a Middle Eastern salad bar, a birthday night, noodle bar, poke bowl, bruschetta and many other favorites.
