Opera Workshop is offered every Spring semester. Regardless of the scheduled programming for that year, auditions are held the first week of class for the current production.
Students auditioning for particular roles are expected to perform an appropriate aria or excerpt from the opera or opera scene being considered and casting will be finished within the first full week.
An accompanist will be provided and resumes/photos are welcomed. Those students interested in chorus only will perform any song or aria in the same language.
All students, regardless of major, will be accepted into Opera Workshop upon instructor approval.
