Class Champions

About

Class Champions act as a bridge between the alumni community and the Office of Alumni Engagement & Annual Giving in between reunion years. The emphasis of the work is educating, soliciting, and stewarding support of the Gettysburg Fund.

Description

As a class champion you will:

■   Set an example for others by supporting the Gettysburg Fund with your best gift possible

■   Agree to have your signature on decade/class-specific appeals and emails

■   Educate, solicit, and steward an assigned group of Gettysburg peers

■   Share feedback with staff on what you’re hearing from classmates

■   Attend bi-annual virtual meetings. Additional virtual meetings may arise with the opportunity to hear from College leaders.

■   Consider attending regional and on-campus events as a way to stay engaged outside of the class champion work.
