These programs provide the students the opportunity to explore career paths and build their professional networks.

Description

Remote projects (mock or real) are educationally-focused opportunities for students to gain relevant skills through remote, hands-on work experience with an alum or parent serving as their mentor. These projects also provide the opportunity for students to explore career paths and build their professional networks.

The program gives students an insider's view into a career field where they can observe on-the-job activities

Description

Unique opportunity that gives students an insider's view into a career field where they can observe on-the-job activities and participate in hands-on learning experiences in the workplace. Hosted by alumni, parents, friends of the College, or even on-campus offices/departments. Students get to explore a new part of the country (i.e. city, rural, etc.), and expand their professional network with alumni/parents and others in the industry.

This provides multi-day intensive career programs designed to explore and learn and about various career fields.

Description

Multi-day intensive career programs designed to explore and learn and about various career fields. These programs include: site visits to various companies, meetings with alumni and parents, case study presentations, and networking receptions with alumni, parents, and friends of the College. Generally accommodates a small group of students (avg. 10-12)
