      • Provides Sexual Assault Forensic Exam to collect DNA evidence after an incident of sexual assault. You do not have to report the incident to have an exam, but you do have the option to have the evidence stored should you wish to report at a later time to the police.

  • Confidential On Campus

    Theses on campus resources are confidential resources, which means that they are not obligated to report any information provided to them*. This allows for students to explore options in order to make informed decisions about what, if any, next steps they would like to take. While specific, personally identifiable information is not reported to the College and are kept confidential, incidents that are reported to these resources may be counted for statistical purposes, as required by the Clery Act.

  • Provides free holistic legal advice and counsel, short-term representation to victims of rape and sexual assault.

Adams County Victim Witness: 717-337-9844 (Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm)

  • Provides accompaniment through while a criminal case is processed to any meetings pertaining to the criminal case.
