Welcome to Gettysburg! We are excited that you are joining our community!
Transfer students are expected to fully participate in the Orientation programming, as the Orientation programming is designed to introduce you to the Gettysburg community, not just the transition to College.
- You will be in an Orientation group with the other new transfer students.
- Your group will be led by an Orientation Leader (OL) who was also a transfer student.
- If a session has special instructions for transfer students, it will be noted in the Navigate app.
Commuter students are also expected to fully participate in Orientation, beginning with the Orientation Group Assembly on Wednesday, August 21st at 1pm.
- You are welcome to have lunch in Servo prior to the Assembly.
- Your parents and families are also invited to attend their programming on Wednesday afternoon.
- You will be in an Orientation group with other commuter students, as well as some students who are living on campus. Information on where to meet your Orientation group for the first meeting will be sent to you via email the week of Orientation.
- If a session has special instructions for commuter students, it will be noted on the Navigate app.
