Assistant Buyer,
Burlington Store, Inc.
After seeing the amazing opportunities her brother, Blake Gill ’21, enjoyed during his time on campus, Caroline knew she wanted to be a part of the community too. A business, organizations, and management major with a political science minor, Gill was a student advisor and co-chair of the Honor Commission, global leader with the Center for Global Education, a class senator, and member of the College Life Advisory Committee. “These experiences allowed me to connect with various faculty and administration that helped me grow professionally,” Gill said. “I value my liberal arts education because not only was I able to take business classes, but I was able to build intercultural fluency by taking an assortment of interdisciplinary and humanity classes.” After graduation, Gill plans to work for Burlington Store, Inc., as an assistant buyer.

Samantha Zalucki '24
Investment Fellowship Program, T. Rowe Price
Touring campus as a high school senior and listening to family friends and alumni about their experiences convinced Zalucki that Gettysburg was a place she could call home for four years. The business and economics double major and data science minor worked for the Center for Career Engagement as a career ambassador, served as a peer learning associate in the Economics Department, and studied abroad in France. She served leadership roles with Alpha Omicron Pi, including as chapter president, and was inducted in Phi Beta Kappa just last month. Her experiences provided enduring skills for the professional world and solidified connections within Gettysburg’s extensive alumni network. “Being a Gettysburgian means joining an extensive community united by a shared passion for the College's success,” Zalucki said. “It means working to better myself and serve my peers and mentors while taking advantage of new opportunities.” Following graduation, Zalucki will be working at T. Rowe Price in their Investment Fellowship Program.

Fadekemi Agboola '24
Finance and Consulting
As the president of the Gettysburg African Student Association (GASA), a Residential Education staff member and coordinator, an international student ambassador, and co-chair of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee in the Student Senate, Agboola learned the meaning of transformational leadership, working with people from different backgrounds toward a unified goal. “I was searching for a school that I could call my home for four years, presented leadership opportunities to create impact within the community, and that would equip me with career and problem-solving skills for the real world,” Agboola said. “Coming here has been one of the best decisions I have ever made.” A business, organizations, and management major and data science minor, Agboola plans to gain professional experience in the finance and consulting field before pursuing a master’s in business administration (MBA).

Regan Rightmire '24
Master's in Public Relations and Corporate Communication, New York University
Rightmire was selected to represent the Class of 2024 as the student speaker during this year’s Commencement Ceremony. A business, organizations, and management major and data science minor, Rightmire studied abroad in Florence, Italy, during her junior year and worked closely with the Management Department for the past three semesters as a peer learning associate. She helped the women’s lacrosse team win a conference title in 2022 and advance to the national semifinals twice. As Delta Gamma’s director of social events, she sharpened her communication and creativity, and further developed her leadership and teamwork skills by founding and serving as editor of 1863 Magazine. “I have met new people, learned new things, and have gained knowledge in professional and recreational fields that I otherwise would never have had the chance to,” Rightmire said. “Each of these experiences are tools that I now have under my belt, equipping me to take on similar and greater responsibilities in my post-graduate endeavors.” Rightmire will attend the New York University School of Professional Studies to pursue a master’s degree in public relations and corporate communications.

Kyle Howard '23
Analyst, Natixis CIB Americas
An All-American midfielder for the men's lacrosse team and head of its Community Service Board, some of Howard’s favorite memories are the First-Year Walk, Servo omelets, and beating top-ranked Salisbury. He is most proud of his resilience during the COVID-19 pandemic. “A lot of things could have gone very differently if I let the unprecedented situation push me off my course. However, I remained driven to find success both on the lacrosse field and off of the lacrosse field, achieving many personal goals along the way,” said Howard, who cited communication and time management as two key skills he developed at Gettysburg. After graduating with a business, organizations, and management degree, Howard will pursue a career in finance in New York City.
